Partnership for Active Community Engagement (PACE) Program

The PACE Case Manager provides clinical and administrative support to clients with serious psychiatric and/or substance abuse difficulties within the PACE program of Mental Health Partners.

Do you thrive in working with clients in the criminal justice system with moderate to high mental health and substance abuse service needs?
Are you familiar with moderate to high Criminogenic Risk Factors?
Do you want to utilize your well-defined experience to provide case management, coordination, therapeutic support, and behavioral support to clients with a high risk of recidivism?

What We Need for this Role:

Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field
Certified Addition Specialist (CAS) or Certified Addition Technician (CAT) | CAC I or II preferred, or working towards it.
A professional who is resilient, grounded, and has a healthy self-care practice
A professional that can work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong initiative to work with a vulnerable client population providing services to support re-entry
