- Maintaining our online user database for our websites
- Assisting remote users with login issues
- Working with our service staff to maintain inventory
- Researching inventory replenishment issues
- Tracking and processing part returns
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail skills
- The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates with a strong Microsoft Office background are strongly preferred
- Team player and ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Oracle experience is a plus
