Position Summary
OPEX Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work at our World Headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. The worker will mainly be responsible for providing customer service for our Service Department.

The worker will help maintain our field inventory, as well as assist our development team with various data entry tasks.

Essential Responsibilities

Maintaining our online user database for our websites
Assisting remote users with login issues
Working with our service staff to maintain inventory
Researching inventory replenishment issues
Tracking and processing part returns
Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and experience
Strong organizational and computer skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Team player and ability to maintain a positive attitude
Oracle experience is a plus
