    Description

    The data analyst will assist in SAP ERP conversion and standard data load processes for divisional rollouts. They'll manage data from divisions, loading it into SAP S/4, and reporting to the SAP Data Conversion lead. Responsibilities include coordinating with division data teams, internal/external IT, and consulting for data conversion into SAP S/4. They ensure data validation, coordinate with SAP PMO, and enhance conversion processes. Strong communication, managerial, and SAP data conversion experience are required.

    Essential Functions:

    Directly manage data conversion into SAP S/4.

    Collaborate with divisional data teams for loading data into SAP S/4, ensuring validation.

    Coordinate data loading with SAP PMO.

    Communicate technical information effectively.

    Direct building of data conversion processes.

    Analyze and translate data results.

    Design and operationalize data conversion processes.

    Identify and implement improvement opportunities.

    Support corporate requests.

    Document division data requirements.

    Maintain data conversion program documentation.

    Convert data into standard SAP structure.

    Requirements:

    Bachelors degree, minimum four years.

    2+ years SAP data conversion experience, LSMW or SAP Migration Cockpit proficiency.

    Preferred: SAP S/4 implementation experience.

    Demonstrated system implementation and data load experience.

    Proficiency in data conversion and governance.

    Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
