    Role Description

    The Performance Manager will be responsible for daily performance management and revenue generation for our clients, budgeting, and communicating results to clients. This is a full-time on-site role.

    This person is a go-getter, someone focused on building our digital acquisition for our clients and focused on creative, testing, and optimizations, and an expert across social and Google paid ads.

    Qualifications

    • Analytical Skills, Communication, and Performance Management skills
    • Experience in training and budgeting
    • Google ads expert
    • Meta ad expert
    • TikTok ad expert
    • LinkedIn Ad expert
    • Creative and a/b testing skills
    • Excellent communication skills with clients and within teams
    • Ability to analyze data and create reports to demonstrate campaign results
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical software
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
    • 3-5 years of experience in performance management and marketing
