    :
    NSI requires a Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst to support PMA 299 Program Office.

    NSI anticipates the need to staff an upcoming 5-year H-60 Program and Financial Support Services contract in support of the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopter Program (PMA-299), including the following key position.

    The Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst will support the development of program acquisition documentation such as AP, ASR, Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).Assessing program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.

    Attending, participating, supporting, analyzing, providing input, developing, preparing, and reporting on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

    Providing technical expertise and recommendations on H-60, MH-60R, MH- 60S Production PID effort. Experience with military program acquisition and technical support.

    Desired Skills:


    Experience with NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) - Procurement Management Tool (PMT), Contract Deliverable Requirements List tool (CDRL), and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and experience with associated processes and documents.

    Experience with the DoN Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning process, and development of strategies, planning, issue sheet development, and briefs for IPT specific inputs.

    Education:
    MA/MS Degree


    Allowable Substitution:

    Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

    A Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

    OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.


    Experience:

    Over 8 years supporting and drafting program milestones related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.


    Security Clearance:
    Secret Clearance is Required.
    Must be U.S. citizen.
