    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required.

    Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (Hearing Impaired)
    ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a highly skilled Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH)in Arlington, VAthat is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts for the school year. At ProCare Therapy our mission is to make life better for those who make lives better. More detailed information regarding job description and employment is listed below:

    Job Description

    • Teaches and works with students who are deaf, going deaf, or are hard of hearing
    • K-12 Caseloads
    • Full Time
    • Multiple Sites.
    • Work with interpreters to develop student support schedules.
    • In Person.

    Job Requirements

    • Master's in Education for Teaching Deaf Students
    • State Teaching Certification in Deaf Education (DHH Cert) in VA
    • Must be able to pass a drug and background check


    Interview Process

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
    • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
