- Responsibilities :Manages a team of Projects Managers
- Responsible for quality projects being built on time and within budget. Ensure scope changes are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner.
- Reviews various reports to determine project status and determine actions required. Provides periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis.
- Conducts weekly meetings with the Field Leadership team. Consistently meets with both the customer to manage the priority of tool installations within the schedule.
- Continually maintains the Project Status Log.
- Communicates all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner.
- Assembles the estimate for the project and reviews the final estimate and ensures the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.
- Prepares and submits monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance.
- Monthly billings will capture monthly progress as well as remeasured tool values under a Unit Price MEI contract.
- Manages conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or Partners.
- Identifies and develops policies and procedures for continuous aggressive improvement.
- Assembles estimates for projects. Visits job sites or onsite offices, performs work inspections, checks job progress, and resolves project and contract issues.
- Skills & Qualifications :High School or GED is required.
- Extensive experience in managing MEP Subcontractors in a Facilities Manager level.
- Well networked within the MEP industries
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field is preferred.
- 15+ years Proven management experience with large building projects in the construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing environment.
- Proven experience as Facilities Sr. Manager or relevant position.
- Higher Education industry experience or experience within Government institutions required.
- Proven experience as Facilities Sr. Manager, Project Manager or relevant position in an industrial, manufacturing or aviation maintenance environment.
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.

Reporting to the Account Director, the Project Management Lead is accountable for the successful provision of capital project management services to the University.
