For our Coburg branch of Schenker Deutschland AG, we are currently looking for a Logistics Warehouse Team Leader (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Conducting daily personnel deployment planning to ensure the best possible cost-effectiveness and efficiency in commercial work processes
Analysis of complaints and process deviations
Ensuring compliance with environmental and labor law regulations as well as other regulatory approvals in the warehouse
Systematic training and qualification of new employees
Systematic development and potential analysis of existing employees
Continuous development and optimization of existing work processes
Leading the commercial warehouse staff in their respective areas of responsibility
Participating in the implementation of new processes
