Requirements:
- Valid driver's license

- Previous sales position
- Negotiation skills

- Multimodal nurturing and following up with leads
- Tracking and managing calls
- Tracking and managing KPIs
- Assessing, valuing, and comping properties
- Distributing marketing materials

- Handling and nurting warm leads
- This is 100% commission based
- Commissions range from $4006,000 per contract
- Additinal Bonus Thresholds
- 90 day probationary period
