We are currently looking for a dedicated
Qualification Trainer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis (39 hours/week) until March 31, 2025.

Compensation will be based on our in-house collective agreement in Group II (pedagogical specialist).

Your main responsibilities:

You will provide social pedagogical counseling and support to participants and teach crossdisciplinary learning content and key qualifications.
You will assist in overcoming integration barriers and provide support in problem situations.
Planning and conducting competency and behavior trainings are also part of your responsibilities.
You will work closely with all stakeholders involved in the qualification process and establish stable network structures to create a good framework for your pedagogical work.
Documenting according to the client's requirements, including creating and updating individual development plans with goal agreements, as well as performance and behavior evaluations, completes your tasks.
You will support us in optimizing training and further education processes, as well as in developing our portfolio of services.

Your qualifications:

You have a degree in social pedagogy/work, rehabilitation, special education, pedagogy with additional subjects (social/healing/special education) or a comparable qualification.
