  • In your position, you will be responsible for the development and expansion as well as the further development of the air freight team in the field of import & export
  • In this context, you will take on personnel management, ensure personnel planning and have an eye on the promotion, development and motivation of employees
  • You will bring your experience in the complete order processing from A to Z and will be responsible for creating offers
  • In addition, you will ensure a high service standard for our customers
  • You will proactively contribute with new ideas and your own input to the design and optimization of interfaces and processes, thus taking care of the continuous development and improvement of the given quality standards

What we expect from you:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship ideally as a freight forwarder and logistics specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent and score with your professional experience in the field of air freight import & export
  • Ideally, you already have experience in a management position
