We are currently seeking a People Relations Manager (EMEA) contractor/freelancer for a leading global company that specializes in audio, imaging, and voice technologies for various platforms such as cinemas, home theaters, PCs, mobile phones, and games.

Mission:
Your mission will be to oversee the People Relations agenda for the EMEA region.

As the main point of contact for labor relations matters in Europe, you will work closely with local People Business Partners, the US corporate/regional People Team, Legal, functional specialists, and business leaders to proactively address any changes or challenges.


Your responsibilities:

  • Balance global and local cultures and complexities to achieve the best outcomes for the company as a whole.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the People Team and the Works Council in Germany for labor relations matters, as well as with the Managing Director, US and Europebased specialists.
  • Manage relationships with other labor representatives across Europe and lead negotiations and/or coordinate internal efforts for collective consultations and negotiations as needed.
