- • Drive the hotel shuttle to the airport and downtown. (Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old)
• Transport guests safely to and from the property, carefully handling luggage.
• Graciously welcome guests with open doors and luggage assistance.
• Respond with helpful info about getting around and offer suggestions for local events and activities.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, gassed, and ready to go, noting any malfunction at the first sign.
• Banquet event teardown and setup
• Understand Banquet Event Orders to safely, efficiently set up and break down events using in-room clearing and aisle tray breakdown buffet procedures.
• Help Lead Banquet Server set up and break down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.
• Efficiently complete prep and side work to enable focused guest care and maintain an orderly, clean station during events.
• Set up Audio Visual needs for clients and attend to any issues that arise.
• Respond promptly, courteously, and effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Know when to alert a manager, should the need arise.
• Make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy, taking care to remove or replace anything out of order.
• Coordinate and help housekeeping with heavy lifting and priority requests.
• Use your watchfulness to report missing or found articles and any sign of damage or needed repair.
• Be graciously attentive to guests, answering questions and getting additional help when it is needed. Fundamentals The ability to communicate effectively in Basic English is required. The ability to operate a vacuum & carpet cleaner is expected. Benefits - 401(k)
