    Come onboard as a Module Equipment Technician and let's work together towards shaping the future of technology. We have an interesting work schedule where you will have four days on and three days off one week, and three days on with four days off the following week.

    This opportunity at Fab 11X/Fab 9 offers shifts on shifts 4, 5, 6, and 7.

    Module Equipment Technicians play a critical role in wafer production, handling operations, equipment maintenance, process optimization, and training.

    • Operations, equipment maintenance, process, and training.
    • Equipment adjustment based on operating data evaluation for process optimization.
    • Qualitative material running, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and more.
    • Operational tasks, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    Moreover, the Module Equipment Technician is tasked with:

    • Improving processes and troubleshooting nonstandard events.
    • Participating in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.
    • Executing tasks within defined parameters and showing a high degree of judgment.
    • Problem-solving and offering recommendations.
    • Working independently or collaboratively, displaying a sense of urgency.
    • Training and working efficiently in a factory setting.
    • Basic computer skills.

    The ideal candidate should demonstrate qualities such as being a self-motivated self-starter, excellent communication skills, adaptability, time management, problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and the capability to train others.

    This is an entry-level position, and relocation assistance will be provided.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    The candidate must have one of the following qualifications:

    • Associate's degree/certification in an equipment-focused program OR

    One of the following experiences obtained within the last 5 years:

    • 1 year of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience OR
    • 2 years of military equipment maintenance experience OR
    • 2 years of electronics experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair OR
    • Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds and frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
    • Not open for Intel immigration sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to influence the creation of new specs and procedures related to equipment maintenance.
    • Knowledge of process control systems and integrated circuit fabrication.
    • Experience with schematics and complex drawings.
