- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Check-in clients and their pets, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Check clients out after appointments and other sales (food, prescriptions, etc)
- Take payments and make change
- Complete end of day/cash drawer counting
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's appointment calendar.
- Answer emails and texts (online platform that allows 2 way texting with clients)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby
- Clean, organize and stock shelves as time allows
- Provide information to clients regarding services, pricing, and clinic policies.
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the clinic.
- Passion for working with animals and their owners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
