Technical Customer Service Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d):
Full-time | Hamburg


What to expect from us:


In this role, you will ensure that orders are processed on time and that the information provided by the customer service technicians is accurately and completely recorded in the system.


You will be the direct contact person for our customers for all ongoing orders and will keep them informed about the status.

You will work closely and trustfully with the specialist departments and sales teams.

As a supporting member of our team, you will also play a crucial role in the annual inventory by preparing it from a sales perspective.

All orders will be checked and processed by you according to our quality standards and service level agreements.


What we expect from you:

You have completed a commercial or technical education and have already gained some professional experience.

You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. You also enjoy working in a team and interacting with people.

You think in a solution-oriented manner and act responsibly in the interest of our customers and the company.

You work independently on your daily tasks and have a structured way of working.
