Night Porter / Night Agent Front Office - "The Night Owl"


We are looking for a
Night Porter who can be deployed as needed at our Novum Hotels
: Hotel Ahl Meerkatzen, Novum Hotel Leonet and Novum Hotel Mariella,
in Cologne.


Responsibilities:


As the "Night Owl", you are the first point of contact for our guests during the night and responsible for reception, advice and support.

Your tasks include check-in and check-out as well as reservation handling. Professional telephone and email communication are also part of your job.
