    In der IT-Abteilung der TU Wien ist im

    Fachbereich Infrastructure

    eine Stelle als IT Data Center Engineer (all genders), voraussichtlich ab sofort (20 Wochenstunden, unbefristet) mit folgendem Aufgabengebiet zu besetzen.
    Ihre Aufgaben:

    Montage und Demontage von Servern, Storage Systemen und Netzwerkkomponenten
    Planung und Umsetzung der Verkabelung von Server-, Storage- und Netzwerkkomponenten (Strom, Twisted Pair und LWL) sowie schrankübergreifender LWL-Verkabelung (MPO)
    Steuerung und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern
    Dokumentation durchgeführter und beauftragter Verkabelungsarbeiten
    Logistik und Transport von Geräten in andere Gebäude der Universität
    Management der Stromversorgung, der USV Anlagen und der Klimatisierung in den Systemräumen
    Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und des störungsfreien Betriebs der IT Infrastruktur Erarbeitung von Richtlinien für Systemräume betreffend Ausstattung, Kabel- und Rackmanagement, Kälte- und Stromversorgung
    Verwaltung von Raumüberwachungseinrichtungen für Stromverbrauch, Temperatur, Luftfeuchte, Türöffnung und Leckage
    Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge in den Systemräumen
    Organisation von Zutritten zu den Systemräumen (Reinigung und Fremdfirmen)
    Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Lehre oder HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
    Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Verkabelung
    Grundlegende Kenntnisse des Datacenter Betriebs
    Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektro- und Kältetechnik
    Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
    Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
    Teamfähigkeit
    Vielfältiges und spannendes Aufgabengebiet in einem kollegialen Team

    Die Einstufung erfolgt in der Verwendungsgruppe IIIB gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag der Universitäten und beträgt bei einem wöchentlichen Beschäftigungsausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden EUR 1.479,50 brutto/Monat. Tätigkeitsbezogene Vordienstzeiten werden angerechnet.
