    IVR-Call Center Engineer-FT

    100% On-Site

    Looking for a Sr. Telecom Engineer with heavy call center experience, ability to work on major/enterprise level projects to install complete phone systems from start to finish, along with very strong IVR programming experience.

    The Sr. telecommunication engineer designs, develops, maintains and enhances telecommunication networks, systems and equipment; analyzes existing networks and equipment and identifies opportunities for improvement. Assists in the development solutions that meet business requirements of the Medical Center; works with MIS on the installation of new circuits.

    Skills:

    • ​Extensive knowledge of all types of connectivity, including but not limited to SIP, T1, T3, telephony, VOIP and network communications, Avaya switches and Routers and Experience with Wireless networks
    • Avaya Elite call center programming, Avaya Workforce optimization programming, Avaya SIP Gateway, SM and CM configuration.
    • Avaya mobility and remote worker configuration, CMS, Call Center workflows.
    • Faxing over IP, integration with RightFax and other MFP environments as Xerox, Ricoh, etc.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Technical School graduate in Electronics/Telecommunications Technician or equivalent

    Experience:

    • ​Minimum 5 years as a Telecommunication engineer in a company of comparable size and requirements and have experience in major projects to install complete telephone systems from start to finish.
    • Minimum 5-year call center experience. Minimum 5 years of IVR programming experience
