    Description

    OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

    MAM North America is looking for a Consumer Engagement Manager to build long-lasting brand love with expecting and new parents both online and offline. A dynamic communicator, compassionate listener, and strategic thinker, the Consumer Engagement Manager will be responsible for directly supporting, educating, and exciting consumers through brand channels.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Develop a keen understanding of the needs and challenges facing MAM's core audience to provide the best possible support across all touchpoints

    · Conduct flawless, on-brand Community Management in TikTok and Instagram to engage, support, and appropriately educate new and expecting parents

    • Engage in real time to respond in the moment
    • Elevate consumer concerns internally and see through, always ensuring the best possible consumer experience
    • Communicate strategically throughout TikTok to grow MAM presence in pregnancy/new mom algorithms
    • Ideate, facilitate, and execute partnerships/giveaways with like-minded brands in Instagram to grow following/engagement

    · Own the MAMbassador Program to activate the brand's most passionate users both online and offline, including reimagining the program before relaunching

    · Build Community Outreach Program in partnership with the VP of Consumer Engagement to build relationships with consumers and those who influence them IRL

    • Identify appropriate contacts/targets and make outreach to develop and maintain relationships
    • Build efficient experiences that drive product trial and foster brand love
    • Continue to build while seeking new avenues, communities, etc.
    • Continually reimagine to evolve the program and tactics

    · Develop MAM's Baby Shower Program

    • Own logistics of managing received invitations and sending gifts to winners
    • Communicate with Legal as needed and make update to Rules
    • Engage MAM's social audience by selecting winners in fun Instagram/TikTok Lives
    • Leverage and grow this program to fuel other Marketing tactics (e.g., Community Outreach)

    · Lead consumer event sponsorships and build beneficial relationships with external partners

    • Manage all back-end logistics of booth and sample delivery, return shipping, maintenance, restocking, etc.
    • Attend events, including setup/breakdown of booth and directly educating new/expecting parents on the MAM brand and products

    · Communicate consistently, effectively, and productively internally to bring the consumer voice inside

    · Adapt strategies and shift ways of working as programs grow and business needs evolve to continue to drive relevant results and stay ahead of competition

    · Develop monthly reporting on results, learnings, and plans to demonstrate progress and growth

    · Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners

    · Consistently monitor and maintain budgets to ensure spending is as planned

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    · 4+ years' experience in related field, e.g., PR or Social Media
