- Reviews market share, physician referral, payer mix and reimbursement and patient experience data with teams on a quarterly basis.
- Participates in strategic planning initiatives, contributing relevant data and insights to discussion at the individual disease level.
- Collaborates with Strategic Planning and Business Development leaders to operationalize strategic plan, incorporating the Massey CCSG Strategic Plan elements (clinical trial accruals) into overall operations.

The Senior Director of Operations, Cancer Service Line leads, directs, organizes, coordinates and oversees the overall strategic and business planning, information technology, and materials and fiscal management of areas assigned. Leads operational and functional responsibilities for a group of patient care areas across the continuum of care in support of population health care management and clinical service line leadership and care delivery. Provides guidance to other executives to support strategies unique to cancer care needs. Ensures alignment of productivity standards and service outcomes to support fiscal and operational excellence. Drives performance improvement and performance management initiatives for areas of oversight. Collaborates with key physician and organizational leaders to drive success of Cancer Service Line.
