- Schedule: M-F 8am- 5pm
- Pay Rate: $19-24/hr + Sales roles offer 50% commissions on new business
- Fully in-office
- P&C Sales Agents:
- Managing client communication via email, calls, and occasional meetings
- Networking, marketing, and cold/warm calls to build business portfolio
- Upselling, Quoting and servicing policies
- Documentation of client records
- Service Agents:
- Manage existing client account communication-email, phone and in person
- Assistance with billing, policy, premium, and renewal-based conversations
- Redirect higher-level calls to the proper party
- Assisting with claims
- Document all activities, interactions, and account updates within computer system
- Must possess an active license in Property and Casualty OR Personal lines license in Virginia or Previously held P&C insurance license
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
- Excellent communication skills/phone skills required
