We are currently searching for a dynamic, self-starter **Technical Specialist** to work with a variety of internal groups andcustomersto assist with demonstrations and provide technical support of proposals and sales engineers. Primary responsibilities will include: * Act as a technical resource to create BOM for released product configurations.

    Final BOM reviewer Validate BOMs are accurate

    Work with Product Development Engineers to update PDL (Product Deliverables List) when required

    Direct support to Operations for questions and issues regarding Inventory Paint components

    New Product Releases Update ERP/EBS processes as required

    Consolidate Internal FAC Production schedule feedback for Paint Division (PSH/ACP)

    Production schedule Project Tracking

    FOM (Forecast for Controllers and Robots to FANUC)

    EGF (Forecast for Paint Robots and Rails to Operations)

    Reviews with sale representatives for forecast data (MSF) Master Sales Forecast

    Creation of Engineering Group Forecast grid

    Special Price Request (SFR, FEC, etc.) calculations for Finance

    Special Price Request to FANUC (Controllers, servo motors, etc.)

    Creation of documentation for Finance

    Creation of item and BOM to order as SPR, (Special Price Request) to FANUC

    Responsible for Controller/Robot ordering and Inventory Tracking

    Create and maintain all robot and controller BOMs ordered for PSH

    Place orders to FANUC for Paint controller, motors, and Dispense robots

    Paint Division Inventory Analysis and Cost reduction

    All Paint and Dispense ECN Review prior to release

    Creation and Maintaining per robot model and customer

    Running costs and update quarterly for Subsidiaries

    **Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:** Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Inventory Management discipline, or equivalent relevant experience Proven experience within an automation company. Minimum two years ERP experience Experience with automation and manufacturing environment with knowledge of/or interface with operations (Purchasing) and manufacturing (Inventory Control) AutoCAD & Bentley experience preferred Knowledge of Paint Robots and Paint Process Equipment Ability to determine analytical support requirements and implement action(s) with functional/divisional groups. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
