The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting to guide the company through a period of rapid growth.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience with a financial planning system and basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI.Responsibilities
Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting support to business partners
Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the budgeting Financial Planning System (Planful/Host Analytics)
Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI
Present monthly reporting package to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related fields
Strong analytical skills
