Position Summary:


Minimum Requirements:

Active DOD Secret Security Clearance:

  • Bachelor's Degree in financial management, accounting, statistics, or business management or equivalent experience up to 2 years working with finances, accounting, and project analysis.
  • Must have 58 years of experience providing financial analyst support to the Navy depending on job level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Navy's Spend Plan Process.
  • Ability to use MS Excel to do VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
  • Display a professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Functions:


  • Extracts and analyzes data from various internal systems (e.g., N-ERP); compiles and assembles relevant information into spreadsheets/reports/presentations; presents summaries and recommendations.
  • Analyze budget/financial data and present budget recommendations to clients to aid in their preparation of budget deliverables.
  • Update financial spreadsheets as funds are received and disbursed.
  • Compile, track, and maintain Program Objective Memorandum (POM) data and documentation, to include cost models, fielding plans, and impact statements, throughout the budget cycle.
  • Assist with developing life cycle cost estimates for programs and projects to include trend analysis, variance analysis, risk management assessment reports, and business modeling to identify issues and provide guidance and recommendations to customers and management.

  • Responds to requests for adhoc reports and variance analysis from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Pay:
$78, $106,157.65 per year
