- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required and 10+ years of experience in a similar role within an accounting / finance organization
- Significant experience in accounting, ability to research guidance on complex topics and strong subject matter expertise in accounting is essential.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing process improvements, question existing processes and take initiatives in being part of the change.

You will be overseeing the Joint Venture, Inventory accounting and cross company transaction champions, providing guidance and mentorship to your team and ensuring cross training.
