    Position: Facilities Management Specialist

    Location: New York City, NY 10017

    Position Summary:

    The client is looking for an outstanding individual to join their Premises team. This person will contribute to maintaining operational standards and will be responsible for essential Administrator duties. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Daily maintenance of facilities and handling related issues via a ticket system
    • Maintaining floor plans and assisting with space planning using CAFM Software
    • Coordinating employee workstation moves with the IT Helpdesk
    • Scheduling, supervising vendor work, including the day porter service
    • Assisting with event setups, building IDs, and security registration
    • Participating in facilities projects and responding to related issues
    • Strong email communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge with office machines
    • Interacting with diverse business groups and senior management
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze processes for improvement
    • Coordinating multiple activities simultaneously
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Effective communication with various stakeholders
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset
    • Adaptability to company and industry changes
    • Responsive and collaborative

    Basic Qualifications:

    3 years of relevant Facilities and Office environment experience

    Work Location:

    This position is currently based in the New York office for a minimum of 4 days per week
