    As the

    Project Management Specialist


    at Allianz, you will report to the Head of Service Delivery and play a crucial role in supporting business operations.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Complete all assignments, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
    Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks until completion, ensure effective trouble shooting, problem resolution, conflict management, client & stakeholder management

    Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
    University degree or equivalent experience
    3-5 years of experience in project management
    Knowledge in project and program management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
    Experience in change management, integration, and reorganization as well as training and coaching
    Experience in operational management
    Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
    Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
    Communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills
    Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
    Fluent French & English written and spoken
