By scheduling prospective clients and ensuring our current clients feel valued and supported, your position is vital to our collective success.
You will be the mastermind behind the scenes, meticulously ensuring that every 'I' is dotted and every 'T' is crossed in all applications and paperwork.
Responsibilities:
Masterfully implements efficient office processes that support the firms financial strategies.
Manage the scheduling of new prospects, ensuring they receive timely consultations to discuss their financial aspirations.
Help and develop strategies to enhance our online presence, aiming to connect with our audience and provide valuable insights.
Duties include greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance, especially in the wealth management sector, but not required if you have the skills, ability, and attitude.
Team player, reliable, and coachable spirit.
Motivated, hard-working, and slightly money-driven to seize the vast opportunities here.
