    Job Summary:

    This position will be responsible for performing administrative and billing tasks for HouseWorks and Companies.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for timely & accurate submissions of monthly/weekly billing for assigned payors
    • Works with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate authorization of payments
    • Assists with answering authorization or billing related questions
    • Assists in preparing data, reports, and follow-up on projects
    • Attend and contribute to billing meetings
    • Provide support to the finance team
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year of proven administrative or billing experience
    • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with all levels of the organization and with external vendors
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Google & Microsoft systems: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite
    • Proven ability to keep accurate written records and documentation
    • Must have the ability to work independently
    • Ability to balance and prioritize workload, and have strong time management skills
