    Job Summary:
    This position will be responsible for performing administrative and billing tasks for HouseWorks and Companies.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Responsible for timely & accurate submissions of monthly/weekly billing for assigned payors
    Works with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate authorization of payments
    Assists with answering authorization or billing related questions
    Assists in preparing data, reports, and follow-up on projects
    Attend and contribute to billing meetings
    Provide support to the finance team
    Other responsibilities as assigned

    High school diploma or equivalent
    1 year of proven administrative or billing experience
    Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with all levels of the organization and with external vendors
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    Proficient in Google & Microsoft systems: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite
    Proven ability to keep accurate written records and documentation
    Must have the ability to work independently
    Ability to balance and prioritize workload, and have strong time management skills
