    Duties

    * Serve as a Senior Project Manager for execution of planning, design, construction and operation phases of various and diverse Ecosystem Restoration projects within the South Florida Ecosystem Restoration (SFER) program.
    * Develop project scope, schedule, budgets, reports, and project changes to ensure the project is executed within scope and schedule and in accordance with the Project Delivery Business Process (PDBP)
    * Represent the District Engineer and Deputy for Programs and Project Management when dealing with the local, state and municipal authorities for the project; is responsible for furnishing authoritative responses to project questions and issues.
    * Provide tactical leadership, problem solving and direction to Project Delivery Team members on project-specific issues, address issues at the lowest level and keep supervisory chain and customers informed in a timely manner.
    * Provide accurate and timely data to include monthly meeting notes, weekly notes, data calls and assure project schedules are updated monthly.
    * Communicate and interact with both internal and external customers, stakeholders in sharing of lessons learned, process improvements and issue resolution as applicable.
    * Ensure that assigned tasks, suspenses, and inquiries are responded to in accordance with identified suspense dates.
