    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and abilities.
    • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients across the lifespan, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
    • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Educate clients and their support networks on communication strategies and techniques for carryover into daily life.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Florida.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
