    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Jacksonville, NC

    Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
    • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing function.
    • Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and integrated services.
    • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations.
    • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
