- Manage day-to-day internal operational needs of the team while focusing on department effectiveness and contributing to financial portfolio management, department engagement, and ad-hoc project management
- Collaborate and work across organizational boundaries with key business partners, including: BizOps team members, Finance, HR, Product Engineering Chief of Staff, and Tech Leadership
- Succeed in a dynamic work environment where priorities change based on current business needs
- Proactively drive best practices, deliver a holistic view of the status and health of our portfolio, interpret data, and provide guidance and decision support where needed
- Emphasis will be placed on attention to detail, financial knowledge, reporting capabilities, communication, process improvement, and project management

- Minimum 5-7 years work experience in Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, or Project Management related fields
- College degree in related field (preferred)
- Financial acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial approach, innovative, passionate, self-starter
- Ability to make independent decisions and out of the box thinking
- Proven advanced skill and experience with Excel and Power BI
- Ability to understand business needs/requirements, which translates into solid program governance and execution of processes in line with business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within the company across all functions with a team-oriented style
