***: As Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for internal and external guests. In this position, you will also be responsible for creating "Real Life Magic" - as seen by our guests - as well as behind the scenes for our associates. The Security Operations Manager also has the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations - utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills while balancing multiple competing priorities.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Deliver internal and external guest service the Nemacolin Way. Goes above and beyond whether for an associate or guest.
  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure high productivity and quality standards are maintained.
  • Possess and execute complete knowledge of security policies and operations including, but not limited to patrol standards, critical incident response, training compliance/training standards, fleet management, leadership development, team development, key control and access programs, initial field investigations (criminal, policy and minor accident).
  • Oversee Shift Operations of the Security Patrol and Checkpoint Teams.
  • Maintains, coordinates, and oversees daily airstrip processes and procedures.
  • Run checkpoint program including, but not limited to: Forbes training, uniform standards, and scheduling the checkpoint team.
  • Responsible for overseeing training of new associates as well as supporting all shifts in filling calloff needs.
  • Assure daily checkpoint standards are met as well as developing the program into a highlevel Forbes Standard program.
  • Oversees scheduling, forecasting, coaching of associates, report writing, support of shift dispatcher for needs/issues and present to Security Director/Assistant Security Director.
  • In absence of Security Director/Assistant Security Director, attend meetings, functions, and leadership roles as support.
  • Responsible for maintaining and overseeing the key control program.
  • Reports any safety hazards to assigned leader.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Security Operations.
  • Understanding of computerized systems.
  • Excellent customer/guest service skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
  • Excellent writing/report writing skills ability to prepare and understand all necessary reports.
  • Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of State civil and criminal laws.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 5-years of on-the-job training or related experience.
