- Procurement support for current and future production of the organization's programs, ensuring OTOCOC deliver of all hardware and services
- Generate PRs and POs
- Track and maintain key performance indicators to track the procurement process, validation, deliveries performance, and conformity
- Maintain the procurement tool, updating it on a daily basis and ensure PRs and POs are process correctly and efficiently
- Serve as primary liaison for shipping accounts
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' experience in senior administrative capacity or within a contracts or procurement organization
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CostPoint, and common procurement systems
- Experience with U.S. government contracts and knowledge of U.S. export regulations
