Our main service is modeling risks for our customers' assets and infrastructure networks caused by vegetation, ground deformation, and third-party construction projects.

Your responsibilities:

Take responsibility for controlling operating expenses and negotiating customer and supplier contracts with the goal of maximizing efficiency and profitability. This includes collaborating with the supplier management team in the COGS negotiation process (satellite data).
Lead and optimize contract negotiation processes, including RFI and RFP responses, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Analyze and monitor operating costs, identify costsaving opportunities, and develop and implement cost management strategies.
Manage and improve bidding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and analyze contract performance, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes creating cash flow and liquidity overviews for each customer contract, such as X days ARR to cash.
Maintain the company database with all relevant contract and financial data, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Support compliance and legal matters, as well as reporting as part of the monthly business process.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in business, law, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management and/or financial control, preferably
