We are looking for a reliable, skilled caretaker / all-around handyman in full-time for our residential properties in Griffith, IN.


Responsibilities:
Performing minor repairs and maintenance work.

Technical maintenance of the properties/buildings.

Handyman tasks (small repairs, etc.).

Scheduling of contractors and maintenance companies. Monitoring and acceptance of outsourced services.

Outdoor renovation, painting, wallpapering, and flooring work.

General caretaker tasks such as inspections, changing light bulbs, replacing door handles and knobs, changing signs, etc.

Courier trips.


Qualifications:


Preferably a completed vocational training in a trade, manual dexterity and technical understanding of technical equipment and its handling, communication skills and organizational talent, willingness to work with modern digital media, driver's license class B, reliability, sense of responsibility and a strong service mindset.

Physical resilience, commitment, and flexibility in your work.
