We are currently seeking a Production Manager on behalf of a client in the aviation industry at our location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, with the earliest possible start date.

The client has indicated the possibility of permanent employment for suitable candidates.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading international teams of various professions
  • Coordinating daily operations and production processes
  • Ensuring timely delivery
  • Responsible for tracking work orders
  • Ensuring quality standards are met before quality inspection
  • Planning resources, capacity, material disposition, and their implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with quality rules, processes, and occupational safety
  • Responsible for implementing FOD rules
  • Reporting to the project coordinator/project manager

You possess the following qualifications:


  • Degree in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Aeronautics or equivalent technical training
  • Several years of experience in production management in the aviation industry
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent MS Office and SAP skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Competence in direct contact with clients
  • Independent and precise work style, flexibility, and teamwork
