    We are seeking a motivated real estate agent in Knoxville, TN, US, with a strong ambition to establish a business in the realm of real estate sales and investing.     Our network comprises dedicated real estate investors engaged in transactions daily. Through our monthly events, we empower and link our investment community with the necessary resources and tools for wealth creation. These connections consistently bring us lucrative deals.

    Training Program: CAZA Agents receive GRID AI Training access and become certified GRID AI Advisors at * This training equips you with the know-how of real estate investing and aids in comprehending the sales and wealth-building journey. It is an integral part of the onboarding process and is complimentary for our CAZA Agents.

    We offer daily training, coaching, and advisory services to support your professional growth. Our client base encompasses New Investors, Experienced Investors, Builders, Developers, Hard Money Lenders, The Courts, Banks, Financial Planners, Business Owners, Attorneys, Wealth Managers, and more.

    Compensation:

    $100,000+

    Responsibilities:
    • Daily outreach to the investment community in Knoxville, TN to understand their needs and offer support in house hacking, property matching, and identifying profitable rental investments.
    • Assist in property sales for landlords and manage asset sales for banks, courts, and financial institutions in the Knoxville, TN area.
    • Link investors in Knoxville, TN with appropriate properties and financial resources to aid in their real estate endeavors.
    Qualifications:
    • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in either the real estate industry or sales.
    • Proficiency with CRMs is a necessary requirement.
    • Key attributes should include strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and effective time management abilities.
    • A collaborative mindset is fundamental for success in this position.
    • An eagerness for continuous learning is essential.
    • Demonstrated commitment to achieving goals is a prerequisite.
