You'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us.     $70,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
    • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
    • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
    • Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers
    • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service
    Qualifications:
    • 1+ year of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
    • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
    • Real-estate license or pursuing required
    • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
    • An established track record of successful real estate sales
