    • Work with global DEI teams to coordinate efforts and share ideas.

    • Identify and implement DEI learning opportunities.

    • Partner with Marketing and Public Relations to develop DEI content for our intranet and other platforms and represent the Company in external DEI forums, conferences, and events.

    • Enhance and engage external contacts to foster industry relationships, identify external programs, stay abreast of standard practices, and strengthen DEI expertise.

    What you will bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    • Seven plus years of directly related experience.

    • Considerable knowledge of laws and regulations impacting DEI (i.e., Title VII and Affirmative Action) and demonstrated experience using that knowledge to cultivate an engaged, diverse, and inclusive workforce and manage employee relations and legal issues related to DEI.

    • Collegial, compassionate, and consultative approach with the ability to gracefully navigate different points of view and facilitate productive discussions.

    • Adept at balancing strategic thinking, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making.

    • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

    • Strong organizational, project management and execution skills with a proven track record of delivering results while maintaining attention to detail.
