The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for leading and advancing initiatives that promote and embed inclusion and belonging within the organization.

This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement global programs, policies, and practices that foster an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.

This role will report to the Senior Vice President, HR Business Partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partner's to integrate and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices into all aspects of the organization's operations, including hiring, retention, promotion, and decisionmaking processes.
  • Lead efforts to assess the organization's current diversity and inclusion landscape, identify areas for improvement, and establish measurable goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management team and other departments to identify and implement training programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion for employees at all levels.
  • Serve as a resource and advisor to leadership and employees on DEIrelated matters, providing guidance and support to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Advises and consults with Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders to promote inclusion and belonging across identity and affinity groups.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, community groups, and industry networks to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in DEI.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track progress on goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to address barriers and promote cultural competency across the organization.
  • Create and maintain a system for collecting feedback from employees on DEIrelated initiatives and use insights to continuously improve programs and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
years' experience focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI initiatives, programs, and strategies.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other educational programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to inform decisionmaking and measure progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify barriers to diversity and inclusion within the organization and develop creative solutions to address them.
  • Cultural Competency: Understanding of different cultures, identities, and perspectives, and ability to promote cultural competency and sensitivity within the workplace.
