    What are we looking for in our Mixed Commercial Construction Superintendent ?

    Job Title: Construction Superintendent

    Location: Orlando, FL

With a commitment to safety, innovation, and client satisfaction, they specialize in healthcare, K12, mission critical and other mixed commercial projects.     Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
    • Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $35M+ commercial projects.
    • OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience. ($115K-$135K base salary)

    Rate/Salary: $115K-$135K
