Job Description
FWC is currently seeking a Superintendent with out-of-ground commercial construction experience to join our team in Orlando. Should have a minimum of 5 years field experience in ground up construction and Hotel renovation, focusing on managing the everyday workflow of the project, writing daily reports, and maintaining the PM's project schedule, QA/QC and Cost Management. Theme Park experience a plus. Good benefits and growth potential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
