- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $35M+ commercial projects.
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience. ($115K-$135K base salary)
