Beverage Equipment Service Technician
We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician/Service Tech to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Candidates with experience with service and installation of espresso, drip coffee, liquid coffee, and/or water filtration equipment are preferred but not required. Berry Coffee Company will provide training.

Responsibilities

Deliver superior customer service to include focus on customer needs, developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
Provide service and customer support during field visits to customer sites
Services to include equipment trouble shooting and diagnosis, part replacement as needed, problem resolution, on site customer training
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company's procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

Requirements

Self Starter, mechanical ability and attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical coffee equipment
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
Ability to lift 30-lbs or more, Occasional lifting in excess of 45-lbs required.
Ability to pass a Background Check.
