- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year Associate's degree or certificate with a focus on electronic technologies
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in both standard and metric math
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Precise execution of work instructions
- Ability to work accurately and swiftly
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
